How long will my order take to get to me?
We process orders Monday - Friday and ship most orders within 2-15 business days.
All of our apparel is screen printed by hand in Los Angeles, CA and can take between 2-4 weeks to ship out.
Please note due to COVID-19 and the holidays, there are worldwide shipping delays so please make sure to follow your tracking information. We appreciate your patience and can't wait for you to receive your goodies!
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking info! So you can stare at that bad boy all day long and wait for your package to arrive on your doorstep! (p.s. Once we send out your order, it's in the hands of the shipping carrier so please refer to your tracking info to find the most accurate answers as to where your order is!)
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number and correct address ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you reach out to us quickly + provide all the information to change the shipping address for your order, we will most likely be able to update your shipping information! Once your order has been in our system for 24 hours, we consider all the information to be 100% correct - and we will ship accordingly. Please try to put your correct shipping information when you place your order :) If your order has already been sent out before you've reached out to us, there's not much we can do.
My package is lost, what do I do?
We’re so sorry! Unfortunately once we’ve left your package with the post office - it’s out of our hands. Sometimes tracking information can be wrong, and your package may still be in transit. If this happens, please wait at least 1 week past your delivery date to see if your package arrives. If you still do not receive your package, it’s best to file a claim.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $85!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We want to make sure all humans around the globe can get their hands on our products. An international family of humans at midnite!? A dream come true. Obviously the shipping price is higher + the delivery time is longer, but we will ship anywhere & everywhere! (and send it with just a little more love)
If my order contains multiple items, will everything ship at once?
We want you to get your goods ASAP, so we ship everything as soon as we can. Don't worry if items in your order arrive separately, this means the rest of your order is coming soon and you have something to hold you over. Don't hesitate to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.

Can I return my order?
Unfortunately we are NOT accepting returns due to COVID-19. If you have any issues with your order, email us ASAP at email@example.com and we will get back to you in 24 hours!
What if my item came broken or damaged?
Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any issues with your item. For fastest results, please include details + a photo if your item was damaged!
Can I cancel my order?
If you have any issues with your order you can email us at email@example.com and we will help as best we can! We ask that if you need to make changes to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order so we can best assist you.
